EXCHANGE POLICY

At BH Luxury Real Hair,  we are positive that you will love your hair.  However, if your hair doesn’t match your expectations, we will  happily exchange your hair that has not been altered, worn, cut, or colored.  We stand behind our hair quality and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If the BH Luxury Real Hair has been altered in any way including cut, dyed, or installed we cannot honor your exchange request.  Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used or worn. Please inspect your extensions thoroughly for color, quality and texture before wearing them. Used extensions cannot be exchange (no exceptions). The following guidelines must be met for returns or exchanges:

RETURNS

• Bundles must be returned in the original BH Luxury Hair condition in the original package, with the original tags.
• Bundles must be returned within 72 hours of the received dated.
• There will be a $30 restocking fee.

EXCHANGE

• Customer has 7 days to exchange the product from the date of receipt.
• After 7 days, we assume that you have fully inspected your hair and BH Luxury Hair will not honor any exchanges (No Exceptions)
• Hair must have not been cut, colored, altered or worn.
• Please email us at Support@becomingherinc.com prior to returning the product to notify us of your request for an return or exchange.  Please include Name, Phone Number, Address, receipt, and reason for the return or exchange of your product.

Once the product has been received, a BH Luxury Hair consultant will contact you within 24hr to discuss your hair needs.
